Meet Jodie

(pronouns she/her)

My passions are improving health outcomes and supporting researchers in a flexible and stress-free environment.

Working for more than 30 years in Health and Academia including research only roles, teaching/research roles and senior leadership roles mean I have a unique skill set and my passion is supporting health research and researchers, particularly women in research.

Our Previous Work

Lady walking down a corridoor

Hormones Australia was seeking support for a scientific writer to interview researchers, interpret research manuscripts and write scientifically accurate articles that can be enjoyed and understood by the Hormones Australia website visitors which will constitute a diverse audience…

Woman on zoom call at laptop

A clinician researcher at a leading tertiary hospital was balancing clinical load and research projects. Increasing demand on their clinical time meant that research data was incomplete and not written up. Publishing this crucial data was important for clinical research translation and future grant applications.

Woman at work

A mid-career Researcher at a leading Australian University. The Researcher felt ready for promotion but was uncertain on how to create the narrative for her application. Her discipline was bespoke and so did not easily confirm to discipline “norms”.
